Overview

As the head of the design team, I played a pivotal role in the characterization, design, and development of a website for a design studio specializing in affiliation and offering UX/UI services. This project aimed to showcase the unique positioning of the studio, emphasizing a commitment to quality over quantity and a personalized, end-to-end client experience.

In this multifaceted role, I led the design team through the entire process, from initial conversations with the company owners to website characterization, design, and development. The goal was to create an online presence that effectively communicated the studio’s distinctive approach and set it apart from other UX/UI companies in the region.

Tools and Technologies Used

Figma played a crucial role in the characterization and design phases, while WordPress and Elementor were employed for the website development.

Problem Statement

The primary challenge was to differentiate the design studio from other UX/UI companies in the region. The studio’s unique selling proposition was its commitment to quality, a personalized client experience, and seeing projects through to completion, distinguishing it from the prevalent “project-oriented” approach of other studios.

Solution

The project began with a thorough characterization conversation with the company owners, aiming to understand their vision, target audience, and unique value proposition. The emphasis was on differentiating the studio by highlighting its location in the north of Israel and the commitment to quality over quantity. This differentiation strategy shaped the subsequent design and development phases.
